Taking over a large account in a highly competitive retail area necessitated a clear short-, mid-, and long-term plan, as well as extensive pre-analysis and a well-coordinated team that worked with all parties involved. Our key goal was to grow sales from Google PPC campaigns with a considerably better ROAS and CPO than the month before the takeover and YoY. For the first month, our approach and goal was to ensure a smooth transfer with no technical issues or performance losses. As a result, we spend a lot of time planning the takeover and account rebuilding approach.

We began executing ppc strategy steps after the testing period was done, and we chose to focus on brand search campaigns first. We simultaneously rolled out a restructured shopping campaign with an emphasis on their brand plus foreign-brands in one campaign and a more generic products-related approach in the second campaign, in addition to the brand campaign optimization process.


We were able to quadruple the desired conversion rate at the start of our service for Lakobuy. Achieving this is a major accomplishment in and of itself, but doing it while paying half of the Google CPC budget and yet creating a 20% higher order value exceeded everyone's expectations.

We were able to take Lakobuy's internet business to a whole new level in just two months, at a fraction of the cost that anyone could have predicted or projected. Doubling conversion rates in such a short time and raising ROAS by a factor of four demonstrates that it is feasible to be highly efficient while also doubling revenue in just three months.
